春天里做一道很有小资情调的江南下酒菜
做法:1.春笋剥好后切成细条。咸菜洗净后也切碎。
2.热锅后加油,油要适当多放点,因为咸菜很吸油。先下豆瓣。
3.放入咸菜和笋一起煸炒。
4.加一小勺白糖。
5.不用加盐因为有咸菜,加入点鸡精就可以出锅了。
喜欢喝酒的人最喜欢这道菜。在他们看来,一壶热酒,这样一碟小炒,那是人生最大的享受!
有的人说,你们炒菜怎么都放糖?呵呵,一方水土一方人,每个地方都有自己的饮食文化,其实放糖主要是为了提鲜,并不是让菜吃起来甜的,如果菜很甜的,那样的话可能糖真放多了。
