夏日里让你打开味蕾的酸辣开胃豆腐----调制销魂酸辣味的秘方
5.锅里加一点油放入生姜丝;
6.放入番茄丁,边翻炒,边用勺子碾压番茄;
7.炒到番茄变成糊状后加一碗水;
8.水煮开后加入一勺韩式辣椒酱;
9.加一点盐;
10.加入一小勺左右老抽让其颜色稍微变得深一点;
11.放入煎好的豆腐;
12.煮到汤汁变浓稠的时候加入香油,撒上香葱就可以出锅了。
销魂酸辣味道的秘方：
1.这个酸辣味道中的酸来自番茄,但是如何把番茄熬的浓稠呢?首先要把番茄切成细丁,用油翻炒时记得要用炒菜的勺子不断碾压,直到其变成番茄泥的时候才可以加入水,否则熬出来的番茄汁会有小疙瘩,所以越成熟的番茄越好，当然这过程中要控制好火候,不要把番茄炒焦了;
2.辣的味道自然来自辣椒酱，由于豆腐里面是很难入味的，所以外面的汤汁一定要做的惹味点，要加适量的盐，为了让汤汁颜色更好看，记得加一点点老抽，一小勺就够了，这样番茄汁的颜色会更红更好看；
3.最后出锅前淋上香油，撒上香葱是锦上添花之笔！
那么这道菜为什么不用加白糖了呢？一来番茄本来就是酸酸甜甜的，二来韩式辣椒酱里也有糖的，但是整道菜丝毫没有甜甜的感觉，这个含糖量只是给菜增加了鲜度而已啊。

Grandpa Hodge was the most popular sage in the village becausehe was so philosophic in speaking and doing things that everyonerevered him as “Grandpa Wisdom”.
霍奇爷爷是村里最受欢迎的长者，因为他讲话做事都很有哲理，大家都尊称他为“智慧爷爷”。
One day, a man hurried to Grandpa Wisdom and said, “Grandpa, Ihave a piece of news to tellyou…”有一天，一个人匆匆跑到智慧爷爷那里说：“爷爷，我有个消息要告诉你……”
“Wait a moment,” Grandpa Hodge stroked his beard and cut himshort, “Have you sifted the news you will tell me with threesieves?”
“等一下，”霍奇爷爷摸了摸胡子，打断了他的话，“你要告诉我的消息，用三个筛子筛过了吗？”
“Three sieves? Which three sieves?” the man asked withpuzzlement.“三个筛子？哪三个筛子？”那人不解的问。
“The first sieve is Truth. Is the news you will tell me true?”Grandpa Hodge asked, narrowing hiseyes.“第一个筛子叫真实。你要告诉我的消息确实是真的吗？”霍奇爷爷眯着眼问道。
“I don’t know because I overhead it from thestreet.”“不知道，我是从街上听来的。”
“Now let’s check it with the second sieve,” Grandpa Hodge wenton, “If the news you will tell me is not true, it should befriendly.”
“现在再用第二个筛子来审查吧，”霍奇爷爷接着说，“你要告诉我的这个消息就算不是真实的，也应该是善意的吧？”
The man hesitantly answered, “No, just the other way round…”
那人踌躇的回答说：“不，正好相反．．．．．．”
Grandpa Hodge once again interrupted him, “So let’s use thethird sieve. Can you tell me if the news that is exciting you isvery important?”
霍奇爷爷再次打断他的话：“那么我们再用第三个筛子，请问，使你如此激动的消息很重要吗？”
“It is not so important,” the man answered withembarrassment.
“并不怎么重要，”那人不好意思地回答。
Grandpa Hodge patted the shoulder of the man and saidsignificantly, “Now that the news you will tell me is not true,friendly or important, please don’t tell me. Then it won’t troubleyou and me.”
霍奇爷爷拍了拍那人的肩膀，意味深长的说：“既然你要告诉我的事，既不真实，也非善意，更不重要，那么就请你别说了吧！这样的话，它就不会困扰你和我了。”
The man took a tumble and never spread the overhead news eversince.
那人恍然大悟，从此以后再也不到处传播道听途说的消息了。
