海康视频服务器PostgreSQL服务不能启动解决方法

1、首先找到postgresql安装目录，一般在CMS目录下ivms_install\apps\postgresql。或者全盘搜索，找到postgresql目录。查看数据目录文件名字，这里有两个，data_2008, data_2012

2、这里是D:盘，CMS颍骈城茇-system目录运行 CMD；进入bin目录D:D:\>cd CMS-system\ivms_install\apps\postgresql\binD:\CMS幻腾寂埒-system\ivms_install\apps\postgresql\bin>pg_resetxlog D:\CMS-system\ivms_install\apps\postgresql\data_2012D:\CMS-system\ivms_install\apps\postgresql\bin>pg_resetxlog -f D:\CMS-system\ivms_install\apps\postgresql\data_2008

3、重启服务器，查看postgresql服务已经启动，流媒体网站能正常登录了，视频也正常。
