江南金秋第一汤-----鲜菱虾仁豆腐汤

原料：南湖菱内脂豆腐 胡萝卜 青豆虾仁

调料:葱 盐 生粉

做法：

1.剥去南湖菱外壳备用；

2.在内脂豆腐上划刀；

3.热锅冷油加入胡萝卜丁煸炒；

4.加一碗水，放入青豆；

5.放入鲜菱盖上锅盖煮2分钟；

6.放入内脂豆腐，加盐调味；

7.煮好的对虾去壳；

8.加入虾仁；

9.煮开后勾薄芡；

10.撒上葱就可以出锅了。

美味的鲜菱虾仁豆腐汤！
