2.做铜锣烧只要不粘锅就可以，放了油底部的纹路可能就产生不了，而且也会影响口感；

3.时间一定要掌握好，不是说时间越长越保险，因为时间越长，里面的水分就流失的多，饼的口感就不好，有点干，所以一面煎好后，另一面可以快一点；

4.我这个方子的糖减到最少了，因为中间有豆沙已经很甜了，或者你还可以涂上蜂蜜，更加健康好吃啊；

5.面糊如果太干放入锅里就不能扩散开来，太稀的话做出来的铜锣烧太薄，所以用我这个配方正好；6.怎么样放入更多的豆沙？大家发现涂上豆沙后饼之间还是有很大的空隙，大家可以用我上图的手法再把豆沙嵌进去，这样做出的铜锣烧菜饱满，才好看，料足啊！
