上周忙到了周六，值了三个晚上的班，简直前无古人，后无来者啊！
5.把发酵好的面团放在案板上，排气，盖上保鲜膜醒半个小时；
6.把一个面团切分成三等份（我这里是两个面包的量，所以是六份）；
7.取一小块面团，擀开，向中间折叠后再擀开后折叠起；
8.把整形折叠好的面团放入土司盒，盖上保鲜膜重新放回冰箱冷藏室；
9.在冰箱里冷藏发酵48个小时后拿出回温让面团再长高到土司盒三分之二处；
10.烤箱预热180度，土司盒连同烤网放入烤箱下层烤30分钟，中途要加盖锡纸；
冷藏发酵的最大好处是可以完全解放自己。放在冰箱里冷藏发酵是非常缓慢的过程，而且冷藏发酵的面团风味有有提升呢！奶油消耗完了，下次买了就这么做，真方便！
