煮夫教你如何把汤水做到一定的境界------深秋最佳补水汤

做法：1.先把玉米切断。

2.处理排骨。把水烧开放入排骨烧2分钟，然后把水倒掉把排骨冲洗干净。

这样一来可以去除排骨里的杂物，二来焯过水的排骨冷水一击后再烧肉

质更紧实，口感会更好。

3.把排骨放入砂锅中加清水和料酒烧开后中火烧20分钟左右。

4.加入切好的玉米块，中火烧10分钟。

5.加入泡好的野三珍菌。我后来居然放的是香菇，哈哈，那也没有关系，

一样好吃的啊。大火烧两分钟。

6.加入鱼圆。

7.接着马上放青菜，看看很多，一烧就会变少的。

8.最后加入盐和鸡精，美味的汤水就做好了。这碗汤里每个人都能找到自己喜欢吃的菜，而且这个

汤水有了排骨，味道更是变的鲜美无比。里面的蔬菜有了排骨的滋润吃起来更加美味。

进入深秋，不管是南北方，气候都变得干燥起来，人体水分流失得很快，除了

多喝水，平时更应该多喝点滋润的汤水。我想我这道汤做法应该非常简单的

吧，可能有的人说，我怎么就没有想到呢，呵呵，我没事做的时候有时就在瞎

琢磨一些菜品。

晚上回到家边做菜边煲汤，菜做好汤也就褒好了，而且这道汤虽然用料比

较多，但没有放杂七杂八的调料，所以这会让你省却很多的麻烦，在

深秋的晚上，全家人坐在一起，边吃饭，来点热气腾腾

的汤水，呵呵，这就是家的温暖。
