混砂作业指导书

1、混砂前准备：砂库内加砂，并将加砂闸门打开至1/3。Adding sand in the sand storage and open sand gate to 1/3 position.液料桶内加入液料后，打开液料箱下截门。After adding liquid material in the liquid material barrel, open bottom stop valve of liquid material barrel.

2、混砂操作：Sand mixing operation营口象圆首先把电控盘的操纵方式放在手动位置上分别启动固化泵、树脂泵按钮，使回流和出液管路充满液料。液料调整比例按照ZL-I呋喃树脂加入量一般为0.7-1.5%（占砂重），SQ-A（春秋） 或SQ-B(夏季)或 GC-12（冬季）固化剂（加入量一般为0.5-2.5%（占砂重），分季使用；具体量值根据固化脱模时间进行调整；

3、然后把操纵方式在电控柜上转换成测量（计时）位置。Then, transfer operation mode of electri艘早祓胂c control plate at measuring (time keeping) position调整机器，冬季树脂流量为7～9Hz，固化剂流量为10～12Hz；夏季树脂流量为6～7Hz，固化剂流量为8～10Hz。Modulate equipment 31, the resin flow rate is 7~9Hz and curing agent flow rate is 10~12HZ in winter; but in summer the resin flow rate is 6~7Hz, and the curing agent flow rate is 8~10Hz.调整机器，冬季树脂流量为5.5～6.5Hz，固化剂流量为6～8Hz；夏季树脂流量为4.5～5.5Hz，固化剂流量为5～7Hz。Modulate equipment 32, the resin flow rate is 5.5~6.5Hz, and curing agent flow rate is 6~8Hz; but in summer the resin flow rate is 4.5~5.5Hz, and curing agent flow rate is 5~7Hz.

4、砂调操作：Sand adjusting operation加砂闸门开启于1／3处。锁死加砂闸板气缸后的调节螺母，使砂量稳定。自动操作：将（调砂系统手动/自动）旋钮开关调至“自动”位置，先按（开车报警）→按“砂调系统”（自动启动）按钮。Sand adding stop valve is opened to 1/3 position. Lock adjusting screw nut which is on the back of cylinder of sand adding flashboard to make sand amount steady. Automatic operation: Set rotating switch to ‘automatic operation’ position, press driving alarming button firstly →press automatic starting button of ‘sand adjusting system.
